About the Founder

Shannan Ramsay has been in the childcare field for 14 years. She has had the pleasure of wearing many hats in her field from being a Parent Counselor, start-Up coordinator, Childcare Business Counselor, to Childcare Project Manager, to owning her own business in childcare. Shannan loves what she does! Helping people achieve their dreams is worth more than anything to her!

People often ask her what inspires her to continue to follow her dreams, her answer is PEOPLE! Yeah, people. She says she learns from their mistakes and successes and chooses her destiny. Shannan feels that she can help her providers because of the different hats she has worn. Being in the same field as other providers, she can truly understand what they’re going 84 from deserving a pay raise, to being appreciated by parents, to dealing with Government agencies. You name it, she has experienced it or has helped someone who has.
